Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.ANBUKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7803 of 2017, dated 29.06.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 17.07.2017 till date. He further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ charge sheet is not yet filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 17.07.2017, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
