ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 states that the respondent Corporation has already regularized the period of absence as "Medical Leave with Wages" and regularized https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Thus, the period, where the writ petitioner was not worked, has already been regularized. 2.Therefore, the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed. If at all any other grievances exist to the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.

3.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
