Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to impugned order namely the recovery proceedings, passed by the 2n drespondent office, in Na.Ka.No.3603/Aa4/2011 dated 22.04.2013, ordering recovery of Rs.40,212/-in 40 monthly installments starting from the petitioner's salary for the month of April 2013 on wardas and quash the same as illegal.
