ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that one Kowsalya lodged a complaint with the second respondent, which was registered as CSR.No.753 of 2020. His further submission is that since this is a case of job rocketing, it is posted for enquiry.
