PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners life and limb at the time of fencing of his land property in survey no.26/2 at the extent of 100 kuli situate at Erumaigulam Village, Mudhukulathur Sub Division, Ramnad District on any convenient day to the respondents within two months on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 26.6.2015.

This petition is filed seeking police protection to the petitioner's life and limb at the time of fencing of his land property in survey No.26/2 at the extent of 100 kuli situate at Erumaigulam Village, Mudhukulathur Sub Division, Ramnad District on any convenient day to the respondents within two months on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 26.06.2015. 2.Now, nearly 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
