RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)NO. 3385/2018 dated 05.03.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3385 of 2018, dated 05.03.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner had complied the conditions from 08.03.
2018 to till date without any deviation. He further submitted that the investigation is almost over and the charge sheet is not yet filed. 4.The Submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for either side are considered. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a representation that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed in this case. Eventhough the petitioner is complied the coniditions regularly, considering the fact that the offence committed by the petitioner is a heinous one, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
