ORDER

The order impugned in this writ petition, passed by the first respondent, relates to restoration of the revenue records as it stood prior to the updation of revenue records. While passing the order, the first respondent had directed the parties to await the result of the proceedings in O.S.Nos.280 and 282 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Oddanchatram. 2.It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 that the aforesaid suits have been partly decreed and an appeal has been filed in A.S.No.64 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani. 2/4

3.The parties are at liberty to approach the revenue authorities after finality of the civil proceedings. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition also stands closed. No costs.
