The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 within the stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.06.2015, a case in Crime No.394 of 2015 was registered by the second respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 342, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of.
