He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the

petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 22.02.2018, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
