O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situate in Survey No. 23/7B, Ayyanarkulam village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2021.

2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property belonged to her and patta for the said property stands in Patta No.618. She submitted an application on 14.07.2021 for survey of the above said land. She also remitted necessary survey charges and the copy of the challan is also produced before this Court. Since there was no response from the respondents for the request made by the petitioner seeking survey of the property, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2/4

respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking survey of the property will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2021 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and all other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
