ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue B.Ed., English course in the third respondent college for the academic year 2013-14.
2. According to the petitioner, he was not permitted to attend the classes on the ground that he was not able to produce the eligibility certificate. Since the prayer is restricted to the academic year 2013-2014 and the petitioner counsel is not able to get instructions from the party, I do not find anything survives to be adjudicated after a period of ten years. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Conseqeuntly, 2/4
