ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case in Crime No.5 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 120B, 465, 468, 471 and 419 of IPC, has been registered as against the petitioners by the District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli District.

2.At this Juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
