O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 10.09.2024 passed in W.P.(MD).No.20529 of 2024.

2. By the said order, this Court directed the Director of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj to consider the communication of the second respondent therein dated 12.07.2024 and to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Director has sent a communication dated 19.02.2026 to the Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department. In such circumstances, no ground is made out to entertain the Contempt Petition. However, in the event of any wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in future, it is open to the petitioner to revive the contempt proceedings in the manner known to law. 2/4
