2. The delay in re-presentation is condoned on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of SB Account No.6514082295, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, which was opened for the purpose of uprooting Seemai Karuvelam Trees (Prosopis Juiliflora), within a period of two weeks from today.
