ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the final assessment issued by the second respondent Electricity Board in Ref.Ka.No.A.E.E/O.M/TOWN/C.Case No.17/12, dated 21.04.2012. 2.Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner has deposited 50% of the demanded amount and he has been provided with the service connection.
