PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the notification, dated 21.09.2013, of the respondents published in Daily Thanthi, dated 21.09.2013, in respect of appointment of dealers for the LPG dealership in the respondents company relating to clause 3(a) and (b) of the notification and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to dispose of the representation sent by way of registered post on 11.10.2013 on merits in accordance with law extending the period of compliance of the said clause by another 3 months.

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notification for appointment of LPG dealership. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.
