Seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the
