ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner and his wife under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there is a matrimonial dispute between the son of the petitioner and the third respondent and that the complaint in this regard, lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered in Current Paper No.G5/03A25A/3891/2020 and posted for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.729 of 2021 3.Considering the said submissions made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
