Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17814 of 2018 on 22.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17814 of 2018 on 22.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17814 of 2018 on 22.02.2019 is modified to that effect that the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., every Monday at 10.30.a.m. until further orders and the first petitioner shall report before respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
