ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents No. 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondents No.7 to 11 for the excommunication the petitioner and his family members to enter into his village and 2/5
house situated at Pokkanviduthi, Thiruchitrampalam in Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that at the time of filing this petition there was family dispute between the parties thereby petitioner and his family members were ex-communicated. Now the matter has been settled between the parties and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 also admitted the same.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.07.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No aav 3/5
