for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.T.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 336 days in filing the appeals against the decree and judgment dated 28.09.2015 passed in L.A.O.P.Nos.45 and 48 of 2002 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam.
2.Mr.T.R.Subramanian, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.
3.In fact, before the trial Court L.A.O.P was disposed in the year of 2015. Hence, considering the period, the petitioner is directed to deposit the entire amount of compensation to the credit of L.A.O.P.No.45 of 2002 before the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
