PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records from the first respondent Police in Crime No.695 of 2021 dated 24.10.2021 and quash the same as devoid of merits against the petitioners.

O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in in Crime No.695 of 2021 dated 24.10.2021 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police conducted the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court. He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.01.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
