The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.21086 of 2025, dated 4.8.2025, wherein, this Court has directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner and to pass orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before his Court. 3.In compliance of the orders of this Court, the first respondent has issued proceedings on 16.9.2025 rejecting the request of the Petitioner.

4.Recording the same,the Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order,in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
