PRAYER :- To call for the records pertaining to the order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15035/2018 on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted to the 1st respondent. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant and the learned counsel appearing for the accused and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent.
2. The first respondent Ranjith filed petition for anticipatory bail before this Court. It was dismissed on 26.06.2018. Then he filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15035 of 2018. The learned counsel for the accused on instructions submitted that the accused was ready to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- directly to the defacto complainant within a period of fifteen days. Recording the said undertaking, this Court granted anticipatory bail on 24.08.2018.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant submitted that this undertaking has not been complied with by the accused.
4. Therefore, the order dated 24.08.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15035 of 2018 is set aside. This criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
5. It appears that the case against the accused is pending in C.C.No.521 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur. The learned trial Judge is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
