ORDER
This writ petition is filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering into the civil dispute and not to threaten the petitioner to execute deeds and handover his properties in favour of the respondents 5 and 6. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the concerned official has since been transferred, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed having become infrastructures. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
