ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to forward the name of the writ petitioner to the 2nd respondent in accordance with the seniority for appointment to the post of line helper.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the writ petitioner was sponsored in accordance with his seniority. The said decision was stated in the counter affidavit in paragraph No.5 which is extracted hereunder:- "..5.I state that the reply of the first respondent that my name was included in the list, since it was not entered in the computer. first respondent is arbitrary, unreasonable. More over the act of the first respondent is illegal and against the natural justice.."

3.In view of the fact that the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition had been considered and the name of the writ petitioner was forwarded as per his registration seniority, no further consideration is required and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
