To call for the entire records concerned to the impugned order in order in M.C.No.38 of 2019 on the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Sivagangai dated 05.11.2019 and set aside the same as illegal in accordance with law.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.RAJASELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.PUGALENDHI, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 37 days in preferring this Criminal Revision as against the order in M.C.No.38 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, dated 05.11.2019.

On the side of the respondents, it is stated that without prejudice to the case, the respondents may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court. 5.In view of the above submission, this Court permits the first respondent to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the petitioner.
