This Second Appeal has been filed against the Decree and Judgment passed in A.S.No.20 of 2003, dated 03.08.2004 by the learned II Additional Sub Judge, Madurai dismissing the appeal preferred against the Decree and Judgment passed in O.S.No.217 of 2002, which was decreed on 11.10.2002. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellant. The appellant remained absent for the third time. 3.In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
