To allow this Civil Revision Petition setting aside the fair order and decreetal order in I.A.No.141/2013 in O.S.No.552/1995 dated 05.08.2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 511 days in re-presenting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the

delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. sd/- 24/11/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
