Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extent the time limit fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2260 of 2019 dated 13.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to produce sureties. Due to ill health of the 1st accused, the petitioners were unable to execute the sureties within a stipulated time as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.2260 of 2019 dated 13.02.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 13.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2260 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
