2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that after completing the investigation charge sheet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.231 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9588 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12041 of 2017, dated 26.10.2017 is hereby fully relaxed.
