RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3281 of 2019 dated 04.03.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MANICKAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3281 of 2019 on 04.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3281 of 2019 on 04.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he would further submit that the Law Enforcing Agency also filed a Charge Sheet in S.C.No.12 of 2019.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3281 of 2019 on 04.03.2019 is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Mahila Court, Theni on all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hearing dates, without fail, unless his absence is condoned by filing the petition u/s 317 Cr.P.C.
