ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the objections submitted by the petitioner on 28.11.2025 and 23.12.2025 regarding the notice issued by the respondent on 10.12.2025 concerning the measurement of the property comprised in Sy.No.223/1 of Pandrimalai Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, before proceeding further with the said notice.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted objections on 28.11.2025 and 23.12.2025 to the notice dated 10.12.2025 issued by the respondents regarding the measurement of the property in Sy.No.223/1 of Pandrimalai Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner seeks that her objections be considered and appropriate orders be

passed by the respondents before proceeding further with the notice dated 10.12.2025.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent requires four weeks' time to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity to all the stakeholders.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner dated 28.11.2025 and 23.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and also any other persons, who may be affected by such decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that in the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
