Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.PORKODIKANNAN, Advocate for M/S.POLAX LEGAL SOLUTIONS, for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.3 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
