ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which, the petitioner was directed to produce a No Objection Certificate from the District Forest Officer for continuing the electricity service connection. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent Board, the petitioner has produced a No Objection Certificate from the District Forest Officer. The service connection has not been disturbed. The same is recorded. No further orders are required in the above said writ petition.
