(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner's wife / Mani Bharathi had eloped with the third respondent. To trace her and the minor child, this habeas corpus petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's wife has eloped for the second time. We are of the view that the police have better job to do than to run after the eloped couple. It is also admitted that the custody of the minor child has been handed over to the petitioner herein.

4.Recording the said submission, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
