O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents particularly, to the second respondent to register her complaint dated 28.05.2015 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and file a final report after concluding the investigation as against the offender, who committed the crime.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the complaint sent to the Assistant Commissioner, Madurai City and the petition enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Assistant Commissioner, Madurai City on 21.07.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the Assistant

Commissioner, Madurai City is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
