This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pursuant to the impugned communication TN/SRO TRY/11376/D1/Recy/2012, dated 12.04.2012 and quash the same. 2.Today, this matter is posted for the appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner Establishment remitted a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- in July 2012 on account of conditional stay order on 09.05.2012 in M.P(MD).No.01 of 2012 in W.P(MD).No.6616 of 2012 and the balance of Rs.20,38,275.75/- was paid by the Liquidator appointed for liquidation of the assets of the Society by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

3.Today also there is no representation for the petitioner, despite the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list. 2/4

4.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the entire provident fund due has been paid and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
