The petitioner has come forward with this application seeking for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for one day at the cost of the petitioner in order to carryout the repair works in the roof portion of the house belongs to the petitioner situate in Door No.1/266 Raja Veethi South Kattur, Trichy, on the basis of his representation, dated 02.07.2015.
2. Mr.S.Vinayak, the learned counsel appearing for the third would submit that the third respondent had filed a suit and obtained an order of status-quo, however, he fairly submitted that he has not impleaded the petitioner, as party to a proceedings and therefore, the order passed in the civil suit will not bind the petitioner.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 2.7.2015 and pass appropriate orders, if necessary, provide adequate police protection, for one day, at the cost of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner, in order to carry-out the repair works in the roof portion of the house belongs to the petitioner, situate in Door No.1/266 Raja Veethi South Kattur, Trichy.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
