This petition has been filed to set aside the order, dated 12.12.2025 passed in C.R.P(MD) No.2706 of 2015 and to restore the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and accordingly, the petition in C.R.P(MD) No.2706 of 2015 is restored.

4. Registry is directed to post the C.R.P(MD) No.2706 of 2015 on 29.04.2026 for final hearing.
