This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.629 of 2012 dated 30.7.2012 on the file of the 1st respondent police against the petitioners.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation in crime No. 629 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 30.03.2015. However, it was not taken on file and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
