Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARUPPASAMY PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2941 of 2018, dated 23.02.2018, for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to the 4th petitioner's father died, the petitioners could not able to arrange sureties. Hence, he prays to grant further time for executing the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
