ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The claimants have filed this petition to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount.
3. The learned standing counsel for the Insurance Company expresses her strong opposition.
4. After going through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are satisfied that the case for withdrawal has been made out. The first petitioner is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-. The third petitioner and the fourth petitioner are permitted to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- each. As regards the amount deposited in the name of the second petitioner, interest can be withdrawn periodically once in three months by the first petitioner for the welfare of the child.
