O R D E R

This petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judge of Mahila Court, Pudukkottai in Cr.M.P.No.308 of 2013, dated 05.04.2014.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in Cr.M.P.No.308 of 2013 in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2013, on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, has been ended in conviction on 25.03.2015 and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
