Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MUTHUKAMATCHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.a.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8737 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 8250 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with
the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed and the same is yet to be taken on file.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner Crl.M.P(MD).No.8737 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 8250 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017, is hereby fully relaxed.
