3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.29 of 2013 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
