O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.122 of 2015 from the file of second respondent to the file of third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

Though this petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has assured that the final report will be filed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He further submitted that if necessary, a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would be recorded.

4. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent is directed to monitor and supervise the investigation.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
