Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner alleges that persons wearing police uniform had trespassed into his property and cut and removed rubber trees. In this regard, the petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation. The second respondent is directed to enquire into the same and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
