ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records pertaining to the case FIR in Crime No.109 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai through E-filing (F.R.No.12 of 2023) dated 21.01.2023.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.
