JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 03.12.2004 made in A.S.No.82 of 2004 passed by the Principal District Judge, Ramanthapuram reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 11.04.2003 made in O.S.No.51 of 2002 passed by the District Munsif, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that sole appellant has died a long back and no steps have been taken within the period of limitation as stipulated. It is also represented that R3 has also died and no steps have been taken within the period of limitation as stipulated.

3. Recording the above submission, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
